ARISHTA
At Chir’s House we also have a masterclass for preparing Arishta. In old times villagers gathered for 8-10 hours to make the dough, roll it out, cut it into strings, and gently hang them to dry. Once the strings dried up, they were placed in the oven to roast and get that unique delicious taste. The entire process was accompanied with songs and dances. At Chir’s House, we are happy to contribute to the revival of such unique traditional dishes. Come join us for making Arishta or simply tasting this delicious meal!
