At Chir’s House, you get the chance to actively take part in the gata preparation process.
Byurakan specialties are used tօ spice up the traditional Armenian gata. You will also learn about its history and preparation techniques.
We prepare the gata from the yogurt, eggs produced in the village and the necessary ingredients for the filling.
We decorate it with nuts and dried fruits, place it in a hot oven, and in just 20 minutes, the most delicious hot gata is ready.
